My inspiration comes from the beauty of nature - the landscape, animals and plants, spectacular colour changes brought about by variations in light and the influences of changing weather and seasons.  I strive to capture this in my paintings.

Oil paintings are for life, so its great to purchase quality art.  In my productions I use lush colours,  delicately applied in layers with palette knife.  I blend and overlay a broad range of shades of pigments.  The textured image constantly evolves in the process into a magnificent art piece.  Painted layers require allowing for drying between applications and the heavy impasto artworks have a lead time of up to 60 days, depending on individual characteristics, size and texture.

Ultimately my main objective is for highly valued collectors to enjoy the works as a home feature - introducing uplifting colourful art into the living space.  Welcome to my website.
